Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

All prices are displayed in Euro and include applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Usually 5 working days in the United States and up to 30 days for the rest of the world.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Right of withdrawal: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Defective products: If a product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing, we offer either a replacement or a store credit (voucher). No monetary refunds will be issued. Please contact us and send us clear photos of the issue.
Incorrect size or color ordered: If the return is due to your own error (wrong size, color, or product choice), the customer is responsible for shipping costs for resending the correct item.

6. Exchange Procedure
To request a replacement or store credit for defective items, contact us at contact.habibtistore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

7. Liability
Clickstone Group is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. Our liability is limited to replacing defective items or issuing store credit as described above.
